31 years Aldon Smith is an outdoor linebacker for San Francisco 49ers. He helped the team up to the Superbowl in 2013. But recently his behavior was less than all star athletes. Aldon was released from prison for suspicion of DUI and marijuana. He was involved in a car accident in San Jose California September 20.

Aldon and his younger sister Rhia lived with their mother in Atlanta and while her father lived outside Kansas City in Raytown. As a result he struggled academically at school even though he was an extraordinary baseball and football player.
